Having won the competition, Tribu architecture was chosen by the City of Lausanne to elaborate a masterplan for the sustainable neighborhood called Plaines-du-Loup.

This step of planning defines the guidelines for the future sustainable district. Objectives, principles and measures regarding occupancies, public spaces, buildings, mobility, landscape, heritage and environment must be established,

I participated in eeach stage of this masterplan :
- consultation with all City services in the form of workshops
- creation of a document with instructions for the future architects
- establishment of objectives, principles and measures
- Specification of urban concept
- Reflection on evolution of plan
- drawing of thematic plans
- study on density comparison, urban shape,…

At the same time, there was a participative approach in order to integrate inhabitants of neighboring districts and future inhabitants. There was an exhibition of the project and « the meeting of sustainable district » which included discussion and workshops. This approach should be pursued through thematic workshops.
